All colours are reproduced as accurately on the screen as possible but the actual colour may vary. Any sizes, weights or other dimensions of the products are approximate. BoB Products reserve the right to change the design and specification of the ShowerBoB at any time without notification as part of on-going product development.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. Postage and Packing is an additional cost.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase from us. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at email@example.com. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this. It is only then that we accept your offer and a contract is formed which we are bound to fulfil.

Credit Card Security
All credit card transactions are conducted through Secure Trading. Fraud prevention tools stop invalid orders from reaching you, and their Payment Guarantee policy helps protect you. No card details are held on our own site or seen by anybody at BoB Products.
Postage and packing (P&P)
P&P is calculated according to the items in your shopping basket and the relevent UK, Europe and Worldwide pricing zone selected.
For deliveries outside the UK, you might be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Please understand that any charges of these nature will be borne by you. We may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description and valuation of the parcel's contents.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days (subject to item availability). If there is a delay beyond seven days, we will inform you of the progress of your order by email.
Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and give you the option to cancel the order.
Our deliveries are dispatched through Royal Mail, Parcel Force or any other courier company we instruct from time to time. We can only deliver to the address given at the time of the order. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been despatched. Any orders refused on delivery or orders returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur a redelivery/return fee.
Wherever possible we recycle our suppliers packaging materials and use biodegradable fill. This allows us to keep our postage prices as low as possible.
Returns & Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods you must contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We have every confidence in our products, but if you are unhappy in any way with your order when you receive it, please contact us and return it to ShowerBoB, unused and in its original packaging within 10 days for a full refund. We regret that we can only refund postage & packing if the item is faulty and return postage is at the cost of the purchaser unless the goods are damaged or faulty. We recommend that you use recorded post and the item is insured for its full replacement value.
In the event of goods arriving not as ordered, please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.
This does not affect your statutory right to a 7 working day period to return your goods from when you receive them.
